Up for auction is a vintage synthetic duckpin bowling pin. This pin is at least 35 years old, one of the first non wood duckpins. The red top is not painted on, but looks to be a separate part of the whole pin, probably screwed on. This pin is unused, never seen a pinsetter.There is some slight red color at the base of the pin which could easily be removed, I am hesitant to try to remove it, being afraid to botch it. It does not take away from the pin at all.
I have never come across a duckpin like this one!
