NOT SURE IF IT'S THICK ENOUGH TO CALL IT INSULATED. SLEEVE IS SLIGHTLY FADED FROM WASHING, AND/OR THE SUN. IT HAS A CURVE IN THE SIDE TO RIDE NICE AGAINST YOUR SIDE, AND A HANDLE BUILT INTO ONE END. HAS AN ADJUSTABLE OR REMOVABLE CARRYING STRAP.
