Items sold by Manyboons Billiards & Supplies are brand new. All new items are brand new and warrantied against defects. We do not sell any "factory seconds or rejects". If you have a problem contact us immediately at sales@manyboons.com, we want your purchase to be a pleasant experience. I Try To Respond As Quickly As Possible To Emails (No Longer Than 24 Hours). Shipping: We ship within 24 hours of your item being paid. We will send you an email when your item is shipped with any available tracking information. DO NOT write to us asking when it shipped. Check your EMAIL. Place Sales@manyboons.com in your address book to ensure our messages come into your inbox. All items ship FOB our distribution center. Cues ship with insurance INCLUDED. Any damages are to be reported to the carrier. Insurance is recommended. Please check your cue when you get it. Return Policy: Any item can be returned within 14 days, in unused condition, for a 20% restocking fee. A cue that has been chalked CANNOT BE RETURNED. Sorry, shipping charges are non-refundable.
